What are the conditions for benefiting from the nonprofit rate?

You must be officially registered as a nonprofit organization. Talk to your representative.

Can we provide our own caterer?

Yes, absolutely. Caterers have all the necessary equipment for preparation and service. Discuss your needs with us during our initial contact.

Is there a full bar service?

We have all the equipment you need for bars serving alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages. We can provide staff if needed. Please note that liquor licenses are not automatic. Discuss this during our initial contact.

Can we provide our own music?

Of course. Our main rooms are equipped with sound systems tailored to each space. Discuss your needs with us when we first make contact.

What are the parking or public transportation options?

We are located 2 minutes from the Berri-UQÀM subway station. There is street parking available on adjacent streets and paid parking lots in the surrounding area.

Can we set up a videoconference?

Of course! We have all the necessary equipment for videoconferencing. Please ask about it when we next speak.


Can you accommodate a truck/van with equipment?

Delivery areas are reserved at the service entrance to facilitate the transport of equipment.

Complete blackout possible?

We have rooms with windows and others that are completely dark without windows, depending on your needs. We can adapt the environment to your specifications. You are also protected from outside noise in our soundproofed spaces located on the second floor.

What are the possible schedules (early/late/weekends)?

You discuss with our representative. The hours are flexible and adaptable.

I forgot or lost a personal item during an event. What should I do?

You must contact your organizer. Sainte-Catherine Hall is not responsible for events. We rent rooms. Your organizer will contact us. Don’t worry, we have a system for lost items.
